A lovely dry and funky sour with apple, lemon, oak as well as some funky farmhouse notes. The body is fairly light with excellent carbonation. Overall this is a very well balanced sour.

Appearance is a cloudy amber with a 3 finger rocky white head. Aroma is biscuit malt, citrus, and mango. Taste is biscuit malt, floral, lemon, mango, orange zest and pine. Mouthfeel is light, clean with medium carbonation.
