Backwoods Bastard (2022)

Boozy. Oak, roasty malt.

Porter

Malty goodnrsd. Caramel, touch of vanilla coffee, bit of chocolate, a little bitter at finish.

Breakfast Stout

Smoooooth. Sweet cream and coffer.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS)

Brought this out of my cellar. Very smooth. Mild coffee, chocolate, maple and a bit of vanilla. Minimal boozy taste. Yummy.

I love browns. Not this "I shoulda been an IPA" brown. It does have some coffee flavour but that is not enough redemption for me.

US Alive!

Very different. Earthy, little funky, mildly sour and moderately spicy.

Oh my. Toasty malt, brown sugar, candied dark fruit, cinnamon, clove, caramel.
