Delicious. Sweet and strong. The cocoa nibs and vanilla bean really do the trick here. Did I mention it is strong?

Ok. The year+ that this has aged in my fridge has only helped. The fudge has really become the focus- not the maple, not the barrel aging. This is a phenomenal beer.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Jones
The only thing that keeps this from being 5/5 is that it's so hard to find. Damn, this stuff is good. Boozy as hell, but so flavorful. You get notes of maple, a hint of coffee, and then that bourbon aftertaste. Simply delicious.
