I'm a homeowner! Very tart, great head retention. Fruity. A slight bit earthy/mineral/salt-gose. Pre-chilled it but then thought we couldn't open it because we forgot a wine cork. Sat it on the bathroom sink for 20 min and the cork lifted itself enough :)

Bone dry cold. Lightly sour. Dark fruity cherry. Backfruit, leather. Sleep ghtly bitter cherry tanens. Absolutely yum. Gorgeous color. Gotta bust out a fancy beer when the power goes out.

Delicious to the max. Funky, slight tart. Fruity, dry. Almost as good as Cuvee Rene. Yum yum yum yum!
