Best Gamma beer I’ve tried so far. Belma is a less common hop choice but works really well here to punctuate the over-ripe stone fruit coming from the Mosaic. Lemon and lime sit alongside tangerine and peach. Great stuff.

Woooah… thick, chewy, rich and complex. It’s loaded with woody oak and vanilla, meeting the huge puckering tartness of the raspberries. Very sour, very special.

Lime and papaya up front; leading into more familiar stone fruit territory before delivering a lasting dry bitterness. It’s very pleasant indeed but coming from D&B - you wonder if this epic hop bill would be more effective in a >6% big boy? 🧐

The rye imparts a light spiciness which opens out into a complex “dry & bitter” IPA before mellowing with peach on the finish. Very woody, very dry and yet bursting with fruit and pine also. This is incredible 😋 PS - why no festive stickers Untappd?!

Slightly sickly, sticky stone fruit DIPA. Strata is a welcome addition but needs a bigger presence to balance the cloying sweetness. More Strata in everything please!

El dorado and Citra in combination here, peachy meets lemon zest and resinous oils 🍋 a tiny bit bland at first but the big hop finish quickly sorts that 👍🏻
