Nath (2018)

Paired with home made rhubarb pie. Loved it but didn’t really get a lot of rhubarb influence (even before trying the pie). Base beer had wonderful funk and depth. Probably wouldn’t buy it again. Would instead go for Fou foune or a simple gueuze.

Fou' Foune (2018)

Jesse and I both love it. Fruit is still vibrant but doesn’t overpower. It’s well balanced with a rich and tart base beer that leaves you wanting more. Finish is dry citrus. Will need to get another.

120 Minute IPA (2015)

Love this beer. Amazing barleywine with a handful of years age

French Toast Bastard

Better than I was expecting. Maple shines through as far as adjuncts go, but overall beer is really approachable and a nice little treat.

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2017)

Infinity better than it was when fresh. Vanilla has integrated well and stout is much more rich and mellow than when it was fresh. Seems with dogfish head stuff, you just need to buy it and forget about it for about 5 years.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Not bad, but KBS just doesn't do it for me these. days

120 Minute IPA (2014)

Going old school tonight. Still one of the best barleywines ive ever had.

Utopias Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (2022)

Delayed check in. This was very different than a typical wws. Much less agressive wothout the aging, and a large influence from the barrel. Hewvy fruit instead of the typical roast and chocolate.

Velvet Rush

Way belated check in. Not great. These guys just dont do stuff i like anymore.

120 Minute IPA (2011)

If you like barleywine and you've never had an aged 120 minute, you don't know what you're missing. Immediately try it. Second to none. Plums, raisins, figs and the like. Rich caramel. Sweet w/ no bite. If only they barreled this for a couple years...
