New brewery's grand opening today! "Where's Jubes" is a bar that is selling child-sized portions of other brewery's beers for $2 for happy hour until they start brewing later in 2022. No complaints here. It's a nice sour, kinda like a fruity cider.

4 Giants Hazy IPA C.

Founders NAILS it. Big, fruity, absolutely delicious. Best of the day so far.

Dirty Bastard C.

Yeah baby, I like it raw... Shimmy shimmy ya, shimmy yam, shimmy yay Founders Dirty Bastard is in the house! Although ODB and the Wu-Tang are Five Percenters, this scotch ale is coming in at 8.5%. Big, rich, uncompromising, it ain't nothin' to fuck with.

All Day Haze C.

Marginally better than the original, with more creaminess and great color. Decent finish, but is a 4.9% really a session beer?

Grolsch Premium Lager C.

Making plans for Munich Oktoberfest '22 with an appropriate beer/movie combo tonight. Light, refreshing, and an all-around good time. And the beer is nice as well. Don't be stupid, be a smarty, come und join ze pilsner party!

Rübæus C.

Rody is in full swinger mode. Unfortunately, he doesn't want any more meat in the sandwich. So no free drinks! This is a flavorful raspberry ale, can't believe I haven't reviewed it before. Firm, thick beer. A slab of raspberry pie w/Jameson Black Barrel.

Big Luscious (2020) C.

A Big Luscious with some Big Pussy and the rest of the Sopranos crew. Also some French bread pizza with Italian sausage and fresh mozzarel. Massive chocolate raspberry stout that hits the spot. Thanks, Tony!

Panther Cub (2021) C.

I am running out of furniture on which to place beers. This is just delightful - vanilla and maple syrup, but not sweet. Throw in the bourbon barrel aging and you've got a nice topping for a Saturday morning stack of pancakes. Thanks, Tony!

KBS Espresso (2020) C.

Craftapped freebie! And it's a big one. This is the first time I've had this beer without my fav drinking buddy, my bro. Out of respect to him, I can't give it the usual 5.0. It's still an amazing party of booze and coffee, getting better as it warms.

Appropriate for the Bachelorette "sloppy seconds" episode, this beer is dark, thick, delicious and spreads like nutella. I've had many of these as my shift beers over the years but this seems a bit sweeter and less smoky. Still, a classic Scotch ale...
