Golden, transparent, translucent, lightly carbonated, thin white layer of head. Wheat, grapefruit juice, blue agave nectar. Tasting much like a high alcohol by volume (ABV) paloma. Very tasty and refreshing for this heat and humidity here in Texas. 🍻🎉🥳

Crimson Cru B.

Amber, transparent, translucent, suspended floaties, thin off-white layer of head. Roasted malt with notes of toffee, cherry. Very nice tipple/winter warmer. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!

Dark brown, viscous, solid tan one finger head. White oak barrel, bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, marshmallow. Very tasty and decadent for dessert or a nightcap. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!

Golden, cloudy, translucent, transparent, carbonated, thin white layer of head. Citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon), spruce, pine; earthy notes. Very tasty and refreshing. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!

Punkin Ale 2021 B.

Golden/Amber, transparent, translucent, thin white layer of head. Roasted barley, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, pumpkin with a note of honey. Very tasty and refreshing for this upcoming Christmas week. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!

4 Giants IPA (2021) B.

Copper, transparent, translucent, carbonated, effervescent bubbles, thin white layer of head. Citrus, floral, earthy notes; toffee and caramel malts. Perfect start for this extended weekend. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Lime B.

Transparent with a greenish tint, no head retention whatsoever. Persian lime flavor. Tasty day drinker. Not opposed, not encouraging. This drop is right in the middle. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Strawberry B.

Transparent with a rosé tint. Clear, carbonated, effervescent bubbles, no head retention whatsoever. Strawberry and berry flavors, apple, pear flavors. Refreshing and a good day drinker. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!

Backwoods Bastard (2018) B.

Deep mahogany, carbonated, thin beige/tan layer of head. Peaty, malty scotch ale with notes of smoke, vanilla, oak. Along with chocolate? Faint notesdark fruit (raisin, plum), sticky lacing Perfect in this cold snap. Drinking very well. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!

Campfire Amplifier B.

Poured out brown, slightly viscous, very thin beige/tan layer of head. Coffee, dark chocolate, marshmallow, molasses, hint of roast all on the nose and palate. I feel this is a bit thin and could be thicker and have more mouthfeel. Tasty dessert tipple 🍻

American Beauty Hazy Ripple IPA B.

Orange, hazy, translucent, fluffy white layer of head. Big citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon, spruce); floral and tropical notes (pineapple, mango). Very tasty and refreshing; reminiscent of New Belgium's 1985 hazy IPA. Apropos: Watching License To Drive.

Dirty Bastard (2020) B.

Deep ruby/mahogany, transparent, translucent, carbonation, fluffy ivory one finger head. Big malty nose with hints of peat moss and smoke, hint of chocolate; malty with balanced caramel and toffee notes. Here's to the weekend. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!

Pilsner B.

Golden, transparent, effervescent bubbles, carbonation, solid thin white layer of head. Grassy/hay with spicy American hops (lemon, orange, spruce). Perfect for this Texas heat, river, lake, and beach. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!

Marvelroast (2020) B.

Golden, transparent, carbonated, thin white layer of head. Big hit of vanilla, lactose, faint roast coffee and cocoa nibs on the nose; across the palate: Chocolate, coffee, vanilla, lactose that glide on the taste buds for a sweet finish, a nightcap🍻YALL

Civilized Brut IPA B.

Golden, cloudy, effervescent, carbonated, thin white layer of collapsed head. Canned 11.11.19 Big caramel, hops had fallen off with a hint of grapefruit, lemon, spruce. Need to try this As fresh as f-ing possible. CHEERS, UNTAPPERS!!!
