KBS Espresso Lopan

Coffee profile is off the charts, with a bitter, roasted body. Complex Ethiopian espresso hits the pallette, with notes of red berry & wood chip. Smokiness compliments a mild creaminess. Warming only amplifies each element. This is an absolute stormer!!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Lopan

Ageing has worked wonders. Nothing new, but beautifully executed. Thick chocolate sauce pairs perfectly with roasted coffee. A light, sticky maple quality brings sweetness. Prune, oak & a lightness of barrel round things off. The hype is justified.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) Lopan

Raspberry boiled sweet & rose. Acidity spot on without the floral element dominating.The whole experience is clean, crisp & luxurious. Lifts the spirits after a T-Total Christmas Day.
