Can’t drink beer at night so an excuse to drink before noon is good. And this is a nice one.

I don’t cook steak often and I’m not very good at it. This one is more medium-well than my goal of medium-rare. Still pretty good, though. This is a pretty good beer, but I’d prefer a decent red wine to go with the steak.
