🍒 cherries!!! This is sweet, not tart at all. Love the colour of the head.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio m.

Beautiful! Perhaps a new favourite gueuze. Corked & capped, very mild carbonation & thin head on the pour. Peach in colour with a very subtle pear (?) on the nose. The initial tartness smooths out by the finish.

Framboise Boon (2018) m.

Very good, raspberry without much sour or tartness.

Porter m.

Super roasted, thick & beefy for a porter. I’ve had imperial coffee stouts not have this much flavour.

Rübæus m.

Fruit beer , check. My wife will enjoy drinking the 1.75 that are left.

This is a great sour. The sour is present and so is the raspberry but they complement each other.

Oude Geuze Boon (2017-2018) m.

Tasty. Sweet bottle conditioned possible till 2040 but it’s ready now.
