Decided to crack this while making my world famous fried chicken. Yes, award winning fried chicken. Very faint blueberry 🫐 notes. Barrel aged on the nose with thick coffee. Not their best for sure.

Happy Easter 4 Giants hazy 19 ounce bomber. Pineapple and sweet. It became better as it went down. Decent.

Trandoshan Ale P

Spiced herbal and some caramel. Overall decent for a hopped up wheat beer that is for Star Wars.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) P

I lucked out. Aged. Dark chocolate slight maple and a slight booze back end. Not overly thick. Def lighter than usual but still a bomb.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa P

Cinnamon chocolate and coffee hints. Light vanilla and boozy. It’s def super good but not as good as the other KBS stuff.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge P

Holy fudge. Fudge coffee a dash of maple syrup and good old bourbon 🥃 I aged this for 2 yrs and just couldn’t wait anymore. This is bomb. 5 ⭐️

Salty water pretty much. Dogfish went to shit years ago.

4 Giants IPA (2021) P

Hoppy dank and slight bitterness. Low malt. Has a great west coast ipa feel and taste. Pretty damn good.

Moon Rambler IPA P

Pretty good. Light but a creamy like milkshake finish.

Slightly Mighty P

I’m not a fan of session IPAs. Why? I’m not totally sure. However this is by far the best one I have had. I’m quite familiar with dogfish since I lived in New York for 38 yrs. juicy aromatic and a bread 🥖 like finish.

Campfire Amplifier P

Very little to no Graham cracker or marshmallow. Cinnamon is there and hints of chocolate.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) XXX P

Aged by 2 years. Triple X variation. Same as the original just more booze.
