Aroma is Acetic sour backed with cherry syrup, reminiscent of a Flanders red with less complexity and wood character. Taste brings it into focus as a medium sweet, well carbonated beer, with more subdued acidity than I was expecting, in lambic relativity

The juicy hop character starts off light and tropical, becoming darker and berry-like, before the fruity malt body dries it quickly into a nice citrus bitterness.

Fruity, raspberry and strawberry yoghurty aroma. Decent sweet body and carbonation gives it little in the way of beery character. Virtually no evidence of bitterness or hops. Well rounded and not that tart either. But not too sweet like its back sweetned

Clean with a bit of detectable low hop aroma. Sweetness to flavour featuring a bit of caramel and light toasted bread, balanced by a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste so it doesn’t finish too grainy sweet.

The raspberry aroma and a bit of lactobacillus give you hints of what will follow, and it doesn’t disappoint. Smooth wheaty foam and body mix with a simple sourness that finishes in berry sweetness for a lively balance with low bitterness.

Surprisingly off the mark for a Mikkeller. Simple dry flavour and piney hop aroma, along with a bitterness amplified by high carbonation, doesn’t put this in the New England category for me. Little bit of pineapple but not enough to make it juicy
