Saint Lamvinus Thomas

White grape at the back end of the nose. The nose knows this gonna be winey. My palate calls my nose a liar indicating it’s more of a fruit juice - soft & quenching. Odd for a lambic. Merlot grapes beg a less palate taxing experience. Tart 🍇 juice. 4.39

Sang Bleu (2023) Thomas

Although I’ve never tasted a blue honeysuckle I now have a well formed vision of how it might taste. Deep purple fruits seep in. Acidic prune. Lightly coating my mouth w/ lambic film. Pings my palate in a pleasant way. Well framed vision. Ty Dave 4.26

90 Minute Imperial IPA Thomas

Haven’t checked this in 6 years. Been a minute. Sweet, malty, bready. Tastes of times gone by. Fresh bottle which was also free cause the bartender accidentally opened it. 3.66

Classic Gueuze (2022) Thomas

Incredibly drinkable gueuze. Hard to improve upon this. Clean. Lightly tart and sour. Stone fruit and white grapes. Can’t crush these but can sip and appreciate. Upper esch. 4.17

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend 2015 Thomas

Thoughtful. Lightly tart and a tad sour. More flavor is left in these donuts than the 2013. More carbonation is left too. Another great execution of a thing. 4.16

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend 2013 Thomas

Wooow. Clean like line-dried was. Lightly tart. Sweet and smooth. Really drinkable for me. I’ve held onto this for years and now I’ll run through a few years. Geuze excellence. 4.27

Freak Wave Thomas

Dry with mouthfeel. Overripe citrus coats respectfully. Pepper floral notes enter and exit like freak waves. Juiciness grows with warmth. Bet. Coats the palate more as it does tho. Wet sand with melting tropical fruit is all that’s left. 3.88

Whirl Domination Thomas

Not exciting but well composed as it moves on for the most part. Tropical and slightly bitter, it leaves a slight film and starts a bit heavy handedly. Crisp. Slightly sweet with butterscotch hints. 3.82

Saint Lamvinus 2020 Thomas

Dry and fruity. Light tartness adds to the complexity of flavor. Crisp and rather drinkable given the style. It would stain the hell out of your white couch. Upper esch tings. 4.34

Mikkeller Super Cool Thomas

Hazy. Hoppy. Juicy. A bit burnt. Easy to drink and it finishes well. A little creamy and a little basic. 3.90

Game of Thrones - Iron Anniversary IPA Thomas

Will this beer’s ending match the show’s? Why is Game of Thrones relevant in 2021? How does it taste? These answers & more coming… partially.. now. It’s refreshing. Bright. Light, watered-down melons. & it leaves a better taste in my mouth at the end 3.85

Metamorfose Thomas

✔️| 🌕 juice. Really nice. Melons. Great mouthfeel. Bit of a grassy vibe. Smooth and really easy to drink. Great collabo with equilibrium. Juice bomb no doubt. Super smooth. Onion grass bites back but I’d order this many times over. 4.06

Oculus Orbus Thomas

This can art tho. 🤯 the beer itself is juicy & slightly bitter. Finishes a little dry from the DDH treatment. Good mouthfeel. Let it warm to maximize your experience. Solid, yes indeed. 3.93
