It’s lovely but I wish I wasn’t double-fisting this with a MF CANTILLON Rose. It’s very good. But tastes a bit vinegary and harsh next to der Köning von Lambics.

Spontandoubleblueberry

Yup. That’s a true lambic. Tart and quite a bit of funk. Blueberries don’t really add any sweetness but add a lovely color and some roundness.

Beer Geek Dessert

Not terrible but I’m getting salty umami notes that I don’t like. Hints of anchovies/sardine that are a bit jarring.

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA

It’s ok but pretty “wort-y” tasting. Not as good as the limbo.

Limbo Raspberry

Mmmmm. Expensive for an NA but worth it. Definitely tastes like juice with a touch of tartness.
