Recent appreciation of Scotch Ales (especially Wee Heavies) caused a retry. #1 category rating on Beer Advocate is vastly overrated. Has a "dirty" feel, which I am cool with (love Old Rasputin), but smoother Wee Heavies are better (Old Chubb, etc.)
