A trip to Brussels wouldnt be complete without a visit to this brewery. Just had tour and samples, now tasting this. Tart, sour with a perfumed finish.

Beer Geek Flat White 0.3% Mckeown

This is a sensory overload.. Coffee and oaty aroma, thick and luscious... Chocolate on the tip of the tongue but quickly gives way to zingy zippy sour finish.. Not sure where this fruity flavour is coming from
