Mildy acidic. Little to no carbonation. Surprised by the stong grapefruit flavour, a really fine one.

Very rich, funky, stone fruits, lemon. Thick mouthfeel, almost sticky. Balance is excellent.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio T.

Quite a bit sour, funky, lemony, some whine vinegar in there. Dry, a little bit bitter. What you expect from a gueuze.
