Very sweet (maple syrup), vanilla, hint of cocoa and bourbon.

Soft, subtle sweetness, no booziness at all. A lot of yeast flakes.

Swan Song K

Peach, raspberry, vanilla. Somewhat unfinished, lots of acidity. Wouldn’t define as gose.

Smooth and balanced, fruity. Tiny sweetness hides booziness.
