Hazy-O! C.

Nose is very tropical and citrusy, palate is hoppy and a bit malty (mouthfeel is average, don’t know if I get silky) finishing tropical and a bit more hoppy and bitter than, say, 90 Minute IPA. Not bad but I prefer their other IPAs.

Not as familiar with this style. I get tomatoes and watermelon on the nose, citric and lactic acid on the palate, slight saltiness and sour fruit. Finish is fairly short but pleasant.

American Beauty Hazy Ripple IPA C.

Another great IPA from Dogfish Head. This one drinks easy with a balance between malt and hops and goes down so so smooth. I just keep wanting to take a sip right after I finish one.

Wow. I see what the fuss is all about. Strong nose of coffee and dark chocolate, that follows into the creamy palate with the addition of barrel char. The bitterness is very pleasant here.

90 Minute Imperial IPA C.

First had this at Solé in Augusta. Bartender accidentally let this one foam over on opening and couldn’t sell it so she let me have it. Nose is sweet malt, dank hops, caramel? Palate is more sweet malt, moderate hop bitterness.
