I fully understand that this is "baby's first IPA" , but be damned if I don't like it. Not incredibly hoppy bitter, very citrusy. Pretty endlessly crushable. Gimme.

KBS Spicy Chocolate (2023) Beleski

So it tastes like jalapeno KBS. The spicy overrides the chocolate and the booziness overrides everything else. Maple Mackinaw Fudge has nothing to fear in losing its crown. Kind of a molé flavor? Not miserable, but I'm not going back for a repeat buy.

MI Pilsner (MI P1LSNER) Beleski

So a Michigan Pilsner is basically a sweeter Labatt's? Okay? It's fine, not amazing, not terrible, fine.

The Cranfather Beleski

Kind of like Highball Drifter in it's design, as expected. A heavy fruit front with booze on the back. Pretty tasty. Not one you can endlessly crush all day, but what BBA really is? Pretty interesting to say the least.

Against all odds, I found it again. It's still very, very good, even if with a little aging it's losing some of its finish. I definitely am very happy to have it again, hopefully Founders makes fresh batches again soon.

It's good but all i get is chocolate. The cherry is very weak in it. Regardless, it's still KBS and well made, just wish the cherry was brighter in it.

That feeling when you find some Big Luscious in a hole in the wall party store only to get it home and find out it's skunked or maybe even infected. Tasted like raspberry vinegar. Really sad but we'll see if the rest of the bottles are like that.

Blushing Monk (2022) Beleski

Had way better luck with this one, still very good, starting to have wine like vibes from it being cellared. Just make it a year-round already, Founders.

Mango flavor is not my favorite but it is definitely the best made of the three new Zebras. The mango flavor is extremely at the forefront. A very good addition to the line. Peach's still my favorite but they did a good job with this one.

Sweet but not much difference from the standard zebra. Was hoping for more pineapple flavor. Still good.

Much better than I expected. The peach tones in it are very good. A good alternative to the standard zebra.

SUPER interesting. Tastes like a cocktail but definitely a beer. Heavy fruit flavor, almost a tropical vibe. 11% doesn't hurt either. Recommended if you can find it!
