Bright fresh tart and sweet apricot with a little dldried and candied apricot. A bit of mango from...the apricot? Light, whisky barrel oak. Refreshing. Less complex than other Cantillion I think but really awesome at what it does.

Rules. Cork, paper, something like sea salt and kelp, , gooseberry, wildflower, pear, and then more wildflower on a lightly bitter finish.

Yes. Rich, woodsy, sweet and tart raspberry. Berry gummy Candy, blackberry jam, ice wine, and a tiny hint of balsamic.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Evans
Smells footy, low carbonation. Cork, mild and green grape with some florals and some chewy fresh bread late. Ok, not my favourite Cantillion.

Tart, but not overly. Easier drinking geuze? Apricot & peach. Unique, bright floral notes- like tulips and cherry blossom. Oak, sea salt & a very light touch of balsamic. Tart red berries of some sort - something between raspberry & underripe strawberry.

Strong rhubarb and herbal tea upfront, jasmine. Hints of kiwi and dragonflies, of all things. Maybe a little yogurt. Barrel oak as expected and a bit of cork.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Evans
Really light body, mild. Lemon citrus, cork, paper, dusty funk, green grape, and something vaguely herbal on finish. Hint of balsamic.

Light body and delicate. Takes a bit to fully appreciate it all. Quite dry. Tart raspberries, without any sweetness. Tart red cherries. Rose petals, or maybe my mind is playing tricks. Really interesting barrel oak notes here - old cheese, herbs?

My first Cantillon, surprisingly. Aroma is pure funk. This is incredible stuff. Balanced funk, touch of balsamic, maybe a hint of cardboard, whatever, grapefruit, kiwi, gooseberry and interesting, earthy herbals late. Really light, gentle, elegant
