A thick viscosity and pour with a fine head that dissipates. A hint of sourness at first but its more smooth bitterness with raisins, dark chocolate and rum like flavours. Possibly a hint of vanilla.

Quite a soft DIPA. It's really easy going down. Slight thickness. A deep fruitiness. Really nice beer.

Deep Fried McCarthy

Fruity, easy to dri k and slightly tropical.

Very smooth and thick cloudy triple NEIPA. Hardly any bitterness, very soft and a good thickness without being too heavy. Mango, apricot, pineapple.

Light to drink and lightly fruity.

Gateway McCarthy

A fairly thick, well carbonated NEIPA. Fruity but leans on its bitterness also. Tropical fruits, orange and grapefruit peel and a slight earthlings on the finish.

Libra McCarthy

Soft and relatively juicy hazy IPA.

Big Doink McCarthy

Aroma: Apricot, peach, pineapple. Mouth feel: sharp carbonation, juicy. Flavour: bright orange, slightly tropical, juice, straw like. Well rounded DIPA with little alcohol sharpness for the strength.

A nive flavourful fruity NEIPA. Serious wheat and subtle oats up front and a nice sweet fruitiness on the finish.

Soft, low carbonation with a tangy aftertaste. Fruit sweetness. Low bitterness. OK beer.

Blow Out McCarthy

Decent IPA. More bitter than fruity.

Organic Dream McCarthy

A very slightly citrusy start with a soft lager finish. Low carbonation makes this a smooth drink. Orange and a little peach and grapefruit upfront and a lager hop finish. Easy to drink.
