Deep roast, char, vanilla, coffee bitterness and super dry finish. Quite nice.

Malt forward, cranberries, light citrus, bright cherries and light barrel. There’s a good amount of booze and some vanilla. Nice.

Odd one. Some tartness, some roast, blueberry, light coffee and finishes tart. Interesting.

Roast, char, oak, nibs, coffee and mainly going with KBS flavors, but then the cherry is pretty strong on the finish. Very solid.

Big, bold and boozy. Massive malt, caramel, maple, oak, bourbon and very woody finish. Even with the maple and huge malt, the beer is quite dry. Nice one.

Hmm, how to score? They aren't lying, it tastes like French toast and nails it, but sweet for my tastes. Maple is biggest thing here with minor cinnamon and vanilla. Bummed I don't taste much of base I love, adjuncts shine.

Oh yeah, I like this. Caramel, bread, smooth, bourbon, oak and slick. While the nuance of traditional oktoberfest isn't there s much, the big bold flavors here are all great. Love this one.

Caramel, banana, smooth abbey yeast, mild sweetness and light fruitiness. Very well done.

Beer I love to get when fresh, and new packaging guarantees it. Love having the malt being balanced with the hops with a richness offsetting the floral hops. Old school, but still tastes great.

Nice and balanced IPA that not really PWN or NE. Lightly rich malt and some fruity hops, touch of bread and lingering bitterness. Feels to me like a mix between English and west coast IPAs with a hip flavor all its own.

Nice. May be my fave of variants. Lots of hazelnut, roasted malt, cocoa nibs, hints of vanilla and a little bit of barrel.

Big west coast style. Lots of pine, floral and grapefruit hops and big malt balance. Hop resin lingers. Solid

Crusty bread, floral/ herbal hops, grass, caramel and smoothness from lagering along with crispness from hops. Nicely done. Makes it feel like fall on the first mild STL day in a long time.

2006 vintage. Dull cherry, heavy funk, light blue cheese, some oak, mild tartness and think the aging took off some of the sharp edges. Really enjoyed.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter S
Sweet, boozy, orange, bourbon and caramel. It's gimmicky and adjunct, but still think it's pretty tasty and well done.

Sweet than I'd like, but still enjoyable. Lots of vanilla, some barrel and char at end.

Fresh this was easily above 4, but while the coffee is still heavy on the nose, three months in it's fallen off the taste a lot. Solid, but falls under drink as fresh as possible category even if it is an imperial stout
