Have been saving this since grabbing a bottle from the brewery in spring. Absolutely outstanding. The carbonation is perfect, currants and fruity wine with a subtle tartness and stone fruit character.

Sang Bleu (2023) W

Mild carbonation. The hakasp is lending a lovely note of black currants. A hint of red wine too. Lovely balanced acidity throughout with a mild honey-like sweetness. Floral and jammy.

Yum! No foot smell and a lovely tart profile of yuzu. Best non alcoholic beer I’ve tried (although with all this juice it’s barely beer)

Limbo Raspberry W

Smells like feet, tastes like lightly tart raspberry. For a non alcoholic beer this is quite nice, but you’ve got to get over the funk on the nose first

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio W

I definitely get the hype for Cantillion on. Tart and sharp apricot with a woody barrel character. Gentle yet extremely flavourful - the sourness is bright up front with balsamic and fades quickly
