90 Minute Imperial IPA (2023) Kaufman
Rich, full IPA. Great balanced flavor of the hops and pine. I can only imagine what the 120 is like.

Hoppy and crisp. A cold, dry hop flavor. Has a hint of citrus in the finish. Easy drinking.

Definitely hits the hoppy profile. Has a piney flavor throughout,.finishes with a malty sweetness and full hop flavor. Doesn't turn bitter, but is a little dry.

A little more bitter and dry for a hazy, but nice juicy, tropical flavors. Keeps the idea of a traditional IPA with the bitter hops.

Lots of tropical. A little bitter and is a bit skunky. Not sure about this one with that skunky finish.

Truth, this is a good one. Hazy and oaty but lots of citrus. Has a smooth hoppiness.

Very unique combination of flavors. Lots of wheat beer traits but the juicy haziness of the IPA, finishing with a slight bitterness. Has a soft, kind of creamy mouthfeel. Interesting.

This is hitting the spot right now. Creamy, smooth, coffee flavor. Nice for just sipping on. Perfect at 6 am in July on the dock by the lake or fireside in January with snow falling.
