Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA E
Nice floral and citrusy alcohol free beer, but without the sharpness and metallic-ness of other craft alcohol free beers.

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut E
The most wine-like beer I’ve had. Sharp, zesty, citrus and gooseberry. As if it was a Sauvignon blanc from Marlborough, NZ. The balance is strangely what truly makes it special, with enough of a malt bill in there to make it beer and exceptional.

A classic for all the right reasons. Strong coffee underneath all that dark gloriousness.

Pours a deep red with a hint of pink. Thin and brightly pink head. Big whack of cherries on the nose. Taste is more cherry as you’d expect but a lot sweeter and not as tart or sour as you might expect. Instead it’s nicely balanced and refreshing.

Pours a clear deep copper/gold with a very fine bone-white head. High carbonation. Fruity aroma on the nose, yeasty apples but also a hint of passionfruit. Taste is sour and a tad sweet, think sours and candy. A classic in the style.

Pours a clear amber, light copper liquid. Classic US hop aroma on the nose, more fruit and citrus than pine. Taste is softer but the fruit still dominates, melon and grapefruit. Clean malt bill. Well brewed as ever from Mikkeller.

Pours a clear gold with an off-white head. Lots of big American hops on the nose. Apricot and other stone fruit, maybe a hint of pine. Taste is more citrus like. Lager light mouthfeel. Better balance than the dry hop versions. I think this is brilliant.

Pours a straw colour with a bone white head. Clean and grassy hop aroma backed up by a mild butterscotch sweetness. Mouthfeel is smooth and light with an assertive hop bitterness. More grass and a floral hint. Drying on the finish. Nothing special.

American Dream Extra Dry-Hopped E
Pours a hazy, deep gold with an off-white head. Very strong hop aroma of pine and stone fruit. Taste is even more hops with an emphasis on dried fruit. Very dry and bitter. Think I prefer the normal version actually.
