Earthy coffee nose smells compromised, dense entrance is a shallow dark chocolate sauce, bittersweet start finishes boozy & grows unpleasantly bitter - shame, nice enough brew until you pause drinking

Sweet pineapple nose, fizzy fluff is crisp & delivers tropical flavours of pineapple, mango & citrus-banana. Clean finish has a dry fruity hop residue

Sweet caramelised grapefruit nose, opaque orange haze, smooth fluff is bitter orange skin, dry & bitter finish is a touch chest warming from abv, else decent drinking

Rich chocolate cake aroma, sweet bourbon mouthful is thin & fizzy, smooth swallow is chest warming & mouth numbing. Aftertaste is dark chocolate sponge………..soaked in booze!

Bottled 25/07/18: aroma is obvious to dark chocolate, minimal fizz maximum milky bitter chocolate mouth, thick & rich with a malty chocolate finish. Residue is bitter chocolate - I like it, but you may not if you don’t like chocolate!
