That syrup really cuts through. A little thin and unbalanced. I like the roasted bitterness and coffee. A little to thin and sweet though.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Salmons

Fantastic 17.2% sout that is smooth as hell. Great barrel aged flavor. Malty with a hint of sweetness and bitterness. Very well balanced.

Game of Thrones - Iron Anniversary IPA Salmons

Pretty solid hazy ipa. Great body, color, head and lacing. I was eating Mama Zuma’s habanero chips so my taste buds are a little fried.

Beer Geek Breakfast Salmons

Solid oatmeal stout with slight metallic taste. A little thin. Nice coffee notes and dark malt.

Olde School (2017) Salmons

Killer barley wine. From Sam’s personal stash for Extreme Beer Fest. Thick, full bodied ale with tons of fig notes.
