Brown sugar/molasses, sherry, raisin, plum, oak, chocolate, coffee. Full body, pronounced bitterness, delicate carbonation, silky feel, sticky, boozy, fruity then dry finish. (see comments) 2021 bottle; drank 8/26.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa M

Cinnamon, coffee, vanilla, oak and chocolate notes. Full bodied with pronounced bitterness and delicate carbonation with a creamy feel and bitter, dry and mildly hot finish with a bit of spice. (See comments). Bottled 8/27/21.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) M

Coffee, nutty, chocolate, boozy, oak, vanilla. Medium-full body, moderate bitterness, fine carbonation, silky mouthfeel, semi-sweet finish. It smells like Kahlua. Not as much booziness as you might expect. Bottle date: 10/14/20
