A little disappointing. I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this wasn't it. Dark color, thin body, not much flavor up front, bitter aftertaste

Can't complain. This is delicious, and a good ABV. Not sure I'm tasting all of the oats that it promises, but not super important.

I would almost say this is a perfect benchmark for what a porter ought to be. Is not my favorite style, but definitely recognized. Oaky, bitter, roasty.
