Start of the 4th weekend on Friday afternoon with my hosts, Jack & Jim at their cabin. Not as crowded this year w several out of towners not coming. As for me, a variety pack of Gose style beers to entertain my taste buds. Peach is good!

Hanging out at J&Js snowy beach front bonfire, make up a game based on my time in San Diego watching “Over the Line” sand ball games. So, we create the snow version using a tennis racket and spongy ball. Haven’t had a red ipa in a long time!

Enjoy the fruits of our labor at the fire pit on the beach, surrounded by a couple feet of snow. Another low abv ipa, citrus and bitter hops!

Sunny, 40+ degree weekend, some of us head to J&Js cabin without them to dig out the deck, and the fire pit. Takes us most of the afternoon to make it happen, reward myself w a low abv hazy!

Movie night(s) with the family, everything from Klaus and Elf to Gladiator and Sleeping w the Enemy (Claudia’s idea!). I enjoy movies on the lighter side, but take my beers sometimes boozy & bold!

Been listening to old Christmas favs for almost a month now, and still can’t get enuf. I hope the fam doesn’t get sick of it this weekend! Tasty hazy ipa, but something funky tasting with this beer - all the oats? Merry Christmas one and all!

Going deep in the archives during the deep freeze here, rewatch highlights of the Twins two WS wins. Claude remembers them well, w a newborn whelp at the teat for each. We celebrate both wins w a personal fav of ours!
