Beautiful nose of fresh raspberries like we just harvested them from the garden. In the mouth, amazing and concentrated raspberry flavours followed by the characteristic cantillon acidity. 2 years old lambic gives a subtle and elegant woody structure

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2017) H

Simply perfect. Smooth woody notes on the nose, very smooth acidity perfectly blending with some notes of soft wood tannins and even hints of apple, Almond and peach. Can't get enough of it!

Soft acidity, slightly more bitterness than acidity actually, and stronger Oakey tannins than the other blends. Hint of smokiness and iodine, Coriander, hint of white pepper. Really refreshing and refined. Like always, Boon monoblends are the best ❤️

Oude Geuze Boon à L'Ancienne - Vat 86 Mono Blend H

Really nice, first of all really well balanced as we can't really notice the 8.5%. The acidity and wood are slightly less than in other vats but it makes it really easy drinking and delicious. I enjoyed it with a good Américain frites and it was perfect!
