Cherry, chocolate, and booze. A sweet dessert beer.

French Toast Bastard

Boozy with hints of vanilla and pecans. Sweet, but thin. Tasty.

Ultimate Oktoberfest

A marzen that is aged in a bourbon barrel is an interesting idea, but the bourbon overwhelms the traditional adjuncts. Ok, but maybe not the best style to barrel age.

Mandarin & Mango Crush

Just a light, mango infused IPA. It could be worse, but it could be much better.

KBS Hazelnut

It hits all the predicted notes, but it is just a miss for me. Too bitter, dry, and coffee heavy.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

This is a maple fudge bomb. Wowza. A bitter finish, but boozy. Well done. Here’s to having my brother Robert K. in town!

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

I was skeptical of this, but it really works. Vanilla is subtle, some caramel, and a hint of orange peel. A bit of spice finish, but not overwhelming. The bourbon is a little noticeable. Well done.

Velvet Rush

Rather impressive brown ale. Coffee, some hints of milk, not too boozy, and sweet. Well done.

Game of Thrones - Iron Anniversary IPA

Yeah, it is a bit of a gimmick, but still, a decent dry hopped IPA. Creamy and smooth. A tad too sweet for my taste. Definitely get a floral hint. Slight bitter finish. Not bad.

Nemesis (2021)

Was pretty skeptical because I am not a huge barleywine fan, but this is tasty. Malty and sweet. A little bitter on the finish. The booze is hid remarkably well. Quite good for the style.

Unraveled IPA

Hoppy and sweet, but not much else. A tad dry. Creamy for the style. Slight bitter finish. Ok.
