Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) B.

Nose is straight raspberry syrup with a curb on the sweetness on the palate by way of woodsy barrel flavours and a a milder (compared to the straight gueuze) sour note.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2014) B.

Nose has more sherbet than the 2019 with the apple being a little lighter. Flavours are much more woodsy than a fresher Gueuze with leather joining fresh green apples and maybe a little cinnamon. Totally unique from any other beer experience I’ve had.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2019) B.

Been a while since I’ve had one of these. Nose of apple cider vinegar, flavours add a lovely oak warmth that adds a lot of balance. Incredible length with a persistent refreshing apple cider and grape finish.
