French Toast Bastard B.

Pretty sweet. Very good. Most likely prefer the OG Bastard but I'd drink this again. Great pairing with fresh elk meat.

KBS Hazelnut (2022) B.

Extremely nutty. Has a hint of booze on the finish and bits of maple throughout. Toffee and vanilla. Pretty good. Smooth. Heavy roasted nut.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) B.

Lots of Vanilla. Nice coffee and strong cocoa. Really a well balanced beer and has just a titch of bourbon in the nose. Probably going to pick up a few more of these.

KBS Espresso (2021) B.

Strong coffee. Boozy and warm. Definitely drink this one warmer. Pretty good. I prefer the base KBS but will not keep me from drinking more of these.

KBS B.

Coffee and chocolate. A bit of booze on the nose. Always a good beer. I think last year's was better (interesting just noticed this actually is last years...) bottles got mixed up? I'll have to check but this was bottled in 2020..ugh.

Punkin Ale B.

My 1st pumpkin beer. Never been drawn to them and have stayed away this long. I figured Dogfish Head would be a good entry for me and do it well. It's surprisingly tasty. Not something I'll crave, but I definitely try more of them now.

KBS Espresso B.

Aging well. 2 years in and has great bourbon, vanilla flavors. The coffee has mellowed out but still present.

Backwoods Bastard B.

I really like this beer. Aged 3 years and quite honestly it smoothed out to a really nice palatable brew. Just picked up this years and will definitely age it.
