Oude Geuze Boon Lay

2017/18 brew, lambic, drunk 3 years old. Sparkling rich pour with cider apple aroma. Taste is a classic lambic - sour and dry, with excellent boozy richness and refreshing finish. Incredibly easy for 7% though packed with flavour.

Kriek Boon Lay

Cherry lambic. Aroma, predictably, of deep cherry but with a nice ‘real fruit’ freshness. Taste brings similarly delicious fruity sweetness and tartness, with a slightly sour overall balance and almost ‘homemade’ fresh fruit. Hugely quaffable in the sun!

American Dream Extra Dry-Hopped Lay

India Pale Lager. Deep golden colour and nice slightly foamy pour. Aroma is quite subtle, with a little malty sweetness and yeasty tone. Taste has classic dry pilsner bitterness - similar too in the aftertaste. Refreshing and quaffable, but not special🍺

Side Eyes Lay

Golden refreshing pale ale. Not much fruit in the aroma but a little citrus and maybe slightly peachy / tropical flavour, but quite secondary. Nonetheless nice malty taste and well balanced with a light bitterness. Very quaffable! (Great for supermarket!)

Heated Seats Lay

New England style IPA. Appetising hazy straw colour, soft tropical melony aroma, flavours a bit less pronounced but with some gentle citrus tones. Nice soft mouthfeel and bitter hoppy finish. Not a ‘special’ beer but very quaffable indeed!
