Very good and easy to drink beer! It has a very mild sourness for a wild ale and it manages to add a bit of hoppy bitterness to the flavor spectrum. Overall, it’s a fresh and mild beer which will be enjoyable for both sour and bitter beer lovers.

Nelson Sauvin Brut Dry Hopped! M.

Completely unexpected experience. I was prepared for a Wild Ale or Gueuze-like beer and this is not even close to that. It does have a funky smell but the flavor is musty, woody and dominated by hoppy bitterness. IMO it is closer to an IPA than a Sour.

Nelson Sauvin Brut Mango Passion M.

A but disappointed on this one. A bit too much funkyness to my taste and it did not work well with the mango and passion fruit sweetness IMO. Not a bad beer, maybe I just had way to high expectations.

Cuvée Oude Henri M.

Acidic and vinous-like Lambic Gueuze. Super bubbly with an opaque orange color. Very fresh and fruity up-front with a tiny bitter aftertaste. Good not great for its style but being a Gueuze gives it extra points.
