Very Very roast with warming alcohol notes chocolate very cacao forward with the bitterness of that blending in with some real piney hops to balance the absolute sweet bomb of this beer. Great stuff though. Chocolate sweetness seems to hide the high abv

90 Minute Imperial IPA McNicholas

Very juicy with a ton of caramel malts sweet and a piney bitterness that lingers even with the big sweetness of the beer. Very smooth and velvet like. Best IPA out there

Punkin Ale McNicholas

Vegetable pumpkin and brown sugar sweetness that comes out more as it warms....cinnamon and ginger comes through with a fruity hop finish. One of my favorite pumpkin beers!

Slightly Mighty McNicholas

Floral and fruity on taste and smell with a nice yeasty breadyness, full body and slight herbal/pine bitterness. Becomes more complex as it warms, very impressing for a low cal beer!

120 Minute Ipa (2022) McNicholas

Smells like a more alcoholic 90 minute but upon a second smell the hops compete with the malt and high abv. taste is huge sherry abv malty sweetness notes and a bright orange hoppy piney bitterness that melds with the alcohol real well.

Punkin Ale McNicholas

sweet malts and cinnamon tad yeasty with some hints of ginger and nutmeg vegetable pumpkin tastes meld with the hops which in my opinion balance the beer out to perfection!

60 Minute IPA McNicholas

Nice piney rich citrus smell, on the taste its a sweet toasty bready malt, with a nice astringent citrus pine bitterness. An absolute classic and in my opinion is better than a lot of the newer IPA's.

Slightly Mighty McNicholas

Nice crisp hop character on the smell as well as a slight pilsner type aroma as well as sweetness from the monk fruit i suppose. Nice and crisp up front with fruity hops and monk fruit in the middle of the sip and ends with a yeasty taste.
