Lambic Vin Jaune / La Vie es Belge N.
Tart and still. Lots of that oak and nutty oxidation from the Vin Jaune casks. Very bitter finish.

Completely still, with a good amount of acidity. Blue cheese, horse blanket, barn floor, a little sweetness.
