Yum! I miss berry stouts. Mostly tangy berry flavor with barrel with some chocolate malt on the aftertaste. It's kinda sweet and a little tart.

Nordic Spring Williams

Meh, not a fan to earthy and a bit bitter.

French Toast Bastard Williams

Delicious! Probably the strongest maple flavor I've had in a beer with a trailing barrel flavor. I get a bit of a caramel flavor. It is pretty sweet with a hint of bitterness upfront.

4 Giants Hazy IPA Williams

Not bad. Has a good caramel backbone with a bit of sweetness. I'd say the hops lean towards floral.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Williams

Yum, has a lot of flavor. I get vanilla, date, some chocolate and a lingering barrel flavor. It is pretty sweet with a bit of bitterness on the aftertaste. It does burn going down and had C02 added, but probably too strong for the yeast to survive.

Breakfast Stout Williams

Just as good on draft.

Panther Cub Williams

Yum. It is kinda sweet, not bitter. Strong coconut like flavor. Then it's a mix of chocolate, vanilla and a hint of barrel.
