Quality stout. I get mostly liquorice, coffee, bourbon and oak characters. It’s not as sweet as I thought it would be which is ok.

Tart, light, fresh, clean, fruity (cherries obviously). Incredibly well balanced between sweet and sour.

Right. Soft yellow / orange in colour. Nose is candied mandarin and subtle white stone fruits. Palate is well balanced between citrus, stone fruit and tropical notes. Clean soft mouthfeel. Delicious.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2016) Hedley

Batch #03010. Funky, sour, barnyard hay, orange, lemon, cloves. Very well balanced. Quite mellow sour. Quite incredible really. A lot going on here.
