Sour as a sour, without being sour. Dry, bitter, and a bit thin, like a lemon lemonade. Somewhat disappointing, as the expectation is high when you have a Mikkeller in the glass.

Not the most sour of sours, but this is an easy drinking and very smooth, fruity beer.
