Soooo soft. Had it once before, but from tap at one of the best bars in the world... 🤯 Deep red with a slightly pink-tanned head. Raspberry in the nose and mouth, acidic yet soft. Low in saturation. Close to, if not perfection.

Dark red/brown. Fruity, vinous, grapes in the nose and taste. Slightly earthy, not that sour, so smooth. Dangerously easy to drink.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Gerritsen
Wow! Deep brown with a tanned head. Full bodied caramel, bourbon (yes it's boozy) with vanilla, some wood, cherry, a delicate spiciness. Very well balanced both in aroma and flavour. Bottled on: 07.06.2021

Appearance: Hazy dark amber with a beige head. Aroma: lime, toffee, wood, malts. Flavour: lime, quite salty, salted caramel, vanilla, floral, medium sweet, light acidic, bitter finish. Mouthfeel: syrupy, thick. One of the best in its style I ever tasted!

Beery Xmas 22/24 Pours: a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma: malty, some citrus, bread. Flavour: malts, hint of grass, little citrus. Body: crisp, medium carbonation.

Pours: perfect clear golden with a big frothy head. Aroma: pilsner malts, grass, citrus, little metallic. Flavour: sweet, (pilsner) malts, honey, citrus. Mouthfeel: smooth, medium carbonation.
