The excitement, anticipation, and potential followed by disappointment. Upon opening the sweet smell of champagne but after the 2nd sip the clunky mix of beer and champagne takes over. Finished slightly stronger but not one for me.

I tend to simply despise a lambic ale. After the original disappointment of realising I'd been duped by the fancy packing and recovering from the initial tart hit the fruity taste grew on me. Not enough to drink again but enough for a pass.

Like me some chocolate and raspberry but this doesn't feel quite balanced.
