Absolutely wonderful. Not sweet. Perfect fruitiness.

Single Barrel 2 Year Lambic

Went back for the self-guide tour. This is the basic lambic they use to blend all of their gueuze. Earthy. Wild. Flat. Not over powering. I’m calling it draft, but really it was poured out of a jug, straight from the barrel.

Got a sample and initial thoughts were that it had some funk and was nice but a pretty dry finish. Im just not in the mood for it right now but needed to remember
