Japanese Rice Lager

Crisp, bitter and crushable. The flavor is somehow similar to coconut milk, and although I'm probably influenced by the marketing, I swear I taste the rice. This is a beer perfectly made for southeast Asian cuisine, e.g. Thai curry. #sorachiacelove

Rosé de Gambrinus

Tastes exactly as you'd expect from cantillon. The tartness detracts a bit from the complexity but adds to the quaffablility.

Phenomenal showcase of elderflowers. Just great.

Not quite as amazing as other years. Perhaps due to the different apircots? Still an incredible beer.

Phenomenal. Sour, crisp, bitter, funky, dry, tart...just everything I want in a sour beer.
