Gose To Hollywood Thompson

Drink it slightly warm to capture the orange flavor. If too cold one will note sourness and a vague citrusy flavor. Quite possibly the most enjoyable Gose I've ever tasted. It's good of the Belgians to adopt the ø in the correctly written øl.

Unraveled IPA Thompson

Surprisingly smooth and sweet at 50 IBU and 6.5% ABV.

Blushing Monk Thompson

Fruit at the start. A tart middle. Honey sweetness at the finish. Very good.
