Rosé de Gambrinus Bishop

Brewed Feb 2023 to be enjoyed within a year - bringing very fresh raspberry notes from the nose. Satisfying, light lambic. Tart, minimal acidity, bright red fruit - mostly raspberry, soft finish. Could be considered a bit sweet, but undoubtedly terrific.

Frootwood Bishop

This is a cool concept, and I was hopeful for a great outcome. Ultimately the cherry is medicinal and the beer doesn’t offer much depth. A bit disappointing

KBS Espresso (2020) Bishop

Espresso is upfront and tasty, but it drowns out the softer notes that set this base stout apart.

Punkin Ale Bishop

This has grown on me over the years and the 2021 rendition checks all the boxes: a fall seasonal brown ale with nice spices that doesn’t go overboard trying to be artificially pumpkin. Great this time of year

Birra Etrusca Bronze Bishop

Late check in from the other day. A bizarre beer with heavy malt and pomegranate presence. Not sure what myrrh tastes like, but it was in the beer

4 Giants IPA Bishop

Very well-rounded imperial IPA, good hop presence and a bit of malty sweetness on the finish
