Very easy going. Getting satsuma and a little biscuit. Good for Sainos who are poor for beer compared to other S-markets (craft and real ale).

Don’t think I’ve got the pallet to appreciate this. It’s very complex, very dry finish. Getting a lot of the aged woody character coming through. Nose and underlying flavour reminds me of a hedgerow 🤷‍♂️

Not as sour as expected. Plenty of sticky cherry.
